Usage
- Contrat (safety): cadre la sémantique, l’encodage et les invariants.
- Linter checklist: contrôle humain rapide avant acceptance.
- Truth table: oracle des sorties attendues (acceptance vs selftest).
- Glossaire: verrouille les clés/casse/ordre.
- IO spec: fige la ligne METRICS/STATUS/DIAG et les règles de format.

Change control
- Toute MAJ future → nouveau fichier vX.Y + mise à jour de ce manifeste.
- Pas de ZIP pour ces docs (livrables internes), unitaire + SHA.
