quicklog (kb_quicklog_and_sync_v1.2.1.ps1)
- Input: one AUTO_*.txt (Title/Blocking/RootCause/Workaround/Fix/Tags/SeenInThreads).
- Idempotent merge by slug of Title; updates existing entry or creates a new one.
- No-op if JSON unchanged (prevents unnecessary writes).
- Updates [BUG_KB_JSON] in bootpack via streaming (single pass). Option: -NoBootpack.

bulk (kb_bulk_ingest_v1.2.1.ps1)
- One-pass ingestion of all AUTO_*.txt in inbox.
- Idempotence by Title slug; merges tags and seen_in_threads (unique).
- Options: -After Move|Delete|None (default Move to processed\YYYYMMDD).
- Single SAFE-WRITE for KB + single streaming update of bootpack.

Both
- UNC-only, local staging C:\Temp_Gouvernance, SHA-256 footer, backups, snapshots, and logs.
